Product introduction
O-cell set is a special loading device for static load test of pile foundation.
Loadbox O-cell set is mainly composed of main oil pipe, diverter, hydraulic jack, upper telltale rod, lower telltale rod, top and bottom steel bearing plate to form a whole load cell.
Working principle
During the test, the oil pump injects hydraulic oil from the main oil pipe, and then divides the hydraulic oil to each jack through the splitter. The jack is under the pressure of the oil pump, and the load box is opened upwards and downwards at the same time. The upper section of the pile moves upwards, and the upper displacement rod also follows It moves upward, so that the upper displacement can be measured; when the lower pile moves downward, the lower displacement rod also moves downward, so that the lower displacement can be measured.
